Just to let you know there are no real TOU's as such for personal user's . I am not precious about my designs and the FREEBIES are for everyone to use as they wish.

BUT, if you are using them in items you intend to sell - a small donation via paypal is necessary for EACH, download you make. Or alternativly I can provide a COMMERCIAL USE LICENCE which is valid for each and any future items created. It is a one off price of $40 and has no expiry date.
